This Web Site Content Maintenance Plan Agreement (this “Maintenance Plan Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the Web Site Content Maintenance Plan (the “Plan”). To become a SbOGB.com Web Site Content Maintenance client, you must read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Maintenance Plan Agreement, the fee schedules on the Online Order and Information forms and any policies that are or may be published by SbOGB.com.

WEB MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
SbOGB.com defines “Maintenance” as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a new design.
SbOGB.com maintains a current backup based on the last update, and archive all submitted files for your web site.
Your site may be submitted to popular search engines. In an attempt to make sure your site is valid, you may receive confirmation from them. It’s your responsibility to continue registration and confirmation.
Updates are completed within number of turn-around days based on the client’s selection at purchase. Most plans exclude updates on weekends and all plans exclude federal holidays. We offer same day rush service if needed for an additional charge of $150.00 in addition to any charges needed beyond your plan allotment.
Updates received after 3:00 P.M. EST are not scheduled into the agreed upon turn-around interval until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
It is the client’s responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that SbOGB needs to make. There will be no charge for any errors on our part. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the price from the current price list for the work required or the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
SbOGB.com reserves the right to distinguish between “updates” and “new designs”. Changing the navigation, the adding of new pages, graphic changes, buttons, etc. are considered new designs and charged accordingly to our hourly design rate or our current published price list.
Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible. Attachments should be in text format (.txt or Word .doc formats are fine). Send digitized pictures in common formats such as .jpg, .gif, .ai, .eps, .psd, .png .bmp, etc. Updates may also be sent by postal mail or by fax. This will require retyping data or the scanning of photos and will cost more to complete your changes.
Your web site may be using third-party components. SbOGB has no control over what third party sites do and take no responsibility for loss of information due to actions of these sites. Any changes to your site stemming from regulations of these third party components will be billed at the normal maintenance rate.
Maintenance and Hourly Rate.
This Web Site Content Maintenance Plan Agreement includes the changes specified in the preceding paragraph, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It would include things such as removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text. If the client or an agent other than SbOGB attempts updating the client’s pages, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time or the Plan. The maintenance period commences upon the period from the date that the client agrees to the service. Changes requested by the client beyond those limits specified above will be billed at the hourly rate of $180 ( 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum) or based on our current price list for the work performed. This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services as general Internet orientation education, marketing consulting, web page design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in an online store, and art, photo, graphics services, and helping clients learn how to use their own web page editor. CGI programming charges (if any) are not included in this rate.

Please send us your final text. Time required to make substantive changes to client-submitted text after the web pages have been constructed will be additional, billed at the hourly rate.
